Jamie Robinson brings deep operational experience, practical leadership and a strong people-first approach to his role as CEO of Bennco Group. His focus is on strengthening a culture where people, partners and communities thrive together.
Jamie began his career as a diesel fitter apprentice and went on to a 35-year career with Rio Tinto, including General Manager roles at Cape Lambert Port, Greater Tom Price and Marandoo, and Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia, before consulting to global mining companies on leadership, safety and culture. He understands first-hand the value of support, mentoring and learning in the field.
Jamie leads with care, honesty and openness — visible, on the ground, and proud to see people grow both personally and professionally.
Outside work, Jamie enjoys time with his wife, family and grandchildren, along with golf and working around the house.
