Amar Shah joined Bennco Group as Chief Operating Officer in July 2026, bringing experience across project engineering, operational leadership and organisational management.
He began his career as a Project Engineer in subsea oil and gas before moving into roles focused on projects, teams and stakeholder relationships. Amar’s leadership style is collaborative, with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, commercial strategy, continuous improvement and innovation.
He values clear communication, strong relationships and successful delivery in partnership with clients. Outside work, Amar most enjoys travelling, trying new food and spending time with his family, especially his two young boys at home.
